Who should join?
This programme is for you if you are interested in AI but are not (yet) very familiar with programming. You are eager to develop projects, create prototypes, discuss ideas, and give presentations.
You don’t need to write Python to build with AI today.
We open AI to the people who shape media, communication, business and society — and we let them lead
We look for students of:

Are you a Bachelor student, second year and above, and willing to dive into AI? Then this summer course is a perfect match!
How to participate?
Costs
There is no tuition fee for this Summer School. However, you will pay a participation fee of € 300. This fee covers for your public transportation ticket in the entire Stuttgart area during the course period, enabling you to explore the city with ease. In addition, it includes a variety of social and cultural activities, that we organize to help you connect with fellow students and to make the most of your time in Germany.
Accommodation
Please book your accommodation once we have accepted you to the programme. We recommend following hotels/hostels:

- Apartmenthouse Stuttgart
Please arrive at the latest on Sunday 04 July, and leave Stuttgart not before Saturday 17 July 2027.
Application
Step 1: If you’re interested in joining our AI Summer School, please contact the International Office at your home university.
Step 2: Your university will nominate you using the nomination form we send to all partner institutions. Nominations need to be submitted until end of December 2026.
Step 3: Once you have been nominated, we will reach out to you directly with all the application and enrollment details (from 7th of January 2027 on). Application deadline will be end of January 2027.
